When does my plan start?+
The first time you use data in a country the plan covers, usually when you land. Buying the plan or installing the eSIM doesn't start it, so install the eSIM before you travel. If your eSIM still has a plan running, the new one starts when that one ends.
Can I add a plan to the eSIM I already have?+
Yes. Ask your assistant to add the plan to your current eSIM. It goes onto the eSIM already on your phone, with nothing to install. You only need a new eSIM for another phone or another person, up to 5 per account.
Do plans renew automatically?+
No. Every plan has a one-time price and ends when its data or its days run out. Add another plan whenever you need more.
Can I make calls or send texts?+
aisim.now plans are data only. Keep your usual SIM on for calls and texts to your number, at your home provider's rates.
Can I use an aisim.now data plan with more than one device?+
